So what we’ve learned so far about player movement is basically……nothing. Ok thanks!

We did learn that igloo [Censored]. Parents can dictate the roster. Owner/Coach is a joke.

What positios left 91 Empire?

Most additions
1) 91 Pride
2) Rebels
3) Express

Most losses:
1)Igloo
2)91 Empire
3)Mooselax

These are not rankings. Just based off some collected knowledge
What did Igloo loose? obviously based on your collected knowledge
parents hold their own practices so ownership might as well let them control the roster too

"collected knowledge".. LOL.. Where did you 'collect' this knowledge from? My guess is your kid is on the Rebels and you want to give the impression that there is some sort of momentum there.

My son plays for one of the teams on the "most losses" list, lol. My understanding is that Rebels East and Rebels are taking the best kids from both teams and creating a WS team. They may be a team to watch out for especially if DS and DP are coaching together.

No offense, but the Rebels have never been to the WS and it’s highly unlikely that trend will change. Enjoy the moment, enjoy the journey, it’s over too fast but please keep your expectations realistic. Rebels and WS cant be used in the same sentence.

Like I said in the original text, my son does not play for Rebels but with those 2 coaches and combining those 2 teams, they have a great chance of qualifying. Not saying they are going to win the WS. Never knew someones opinion could be wrong. Your reply shows what's wrong with parents today and how you are all living through your kids.

Give it a rest, Rebels will be lucky to win a game at the qualifiers. 91, Express and possibly Igloo qualify. Moose lax very outside chance.

Looks like the #1 team needs to replenish with some on age kids. Couldn’t get it done with the OG’s, sold a bill of goods to many others, free rides for the double holdbacks and friends. Cherish that spot for life dads!

Y’all 91 dudes are hilarious. You realize the team you played was missing like 6 or 7 starters including goalie and a bunch of other key players right? You really think the team that beat the hawks was the one y’all beat. Lol. You Long Island folk really do love yourselves.

They rolled 35 deep at Naptown. Y’all played the third team who didn’t get to play in the big boy tourney.

It’s still an “all star” team. Can’t hack it with local and on age players so you need to establish a rotating national club to appear significant.

I heard a bunch of players/parents got upset with the extra players that just showed up, and then a few more showed up for bracket play.

Exactly why we need age and team verification. It’s easy, line the boys up holding their cards and the ref and opposing coach walks the line. Should take 2 minutes tops and both teams get a fair game.

Looks like “key player” dad is back

Can you do “key player” moves for this years tryouts? You inundated us last year with those posts. Please do this year.

It still baffles me how you can assume anyone changed drastically by add 1/2 players in a team game. Btw Express has still not beaten igloo even after adding probably 10 new kids last year . Do they just continue to be a top team because of the name?

Ever going to happen. Stop paying for club lacrosse and pay for a tutor, the return in value is much higher. Scholarship money for lacrosse is minimal, for a great GPA you can get a full ride.

Yes if any of the Igloo kids are good enough they will leave for Express/91 so don’t expect Igloo to be any good. See their older teams….Not good! I’m sure the 2029’s will be the one Igloo team to beat the odds.

Couldn't be more wrong. Lacrosse is a gateway to academias you could not reach based on strictly grades.

When Igloo doesn't qualify for the WS, you will see mass exodus. In fact some may leave before the season is over. The number of spots available starting next year are harder to come by. The better players on Igloo might be able to find a place on Express or 91, but that is limited to the top 4-5. The rest will be in a bit of a pickle.

Many activities are for a minority of students. A college needs to fill every spot on all teams, activities, clubs, etc. Then they can admit "regular Joes." However, colleges won't admit a kid they don't think can keep up academically.

For only a very small percentage of all lacrosse players going to high D1 of high D3. The vast majority, lacrosse doesn’t help them punch above their academic weight class. And even then, for the high academic schools your grades need to be somewhat “close”

I detest when people say “pay for a tutor” what does even mean? It’s like saying most kids that play lacrosse have poor academics.
