do you understand the new face off rules don't go into effect until 2015. As a matter of fact they are not new rules yet, the coaches and the committee still have to vote on them and don't do that until December meeting. I guess there should have been visible shot clocks as well!
I was told the new faceoff rules would be used in NPYLL this spring. I assume Hoco is fallowing suit. Whatever rules will be used this spring should be used now.
Apparently, the shotclock does not need to be implemented until 2015, but the faceoff rules are in effect now.
The college fall ball games all used the new rules.
