Based on experience with my 2019, she will start receiving contact at 12:01. the schools that she has visited and she had contact with prior to last April will probably have an offer in mind if they liked her then. Others will have offers, if they liked what they saw over the summer and others will string you along, but if there is any interest at all they will contact within hours after 12am.
