All of you doubting SW, take a look at their 21, 20, 19... teams. They keep improving and getting girls committed to fine schools. I couldn't agree with you more. While some of the younger teams might struggle, it is because the organization focuses on team concept tactical offense rather than rely on a "Susie Go To Goal" style offense. Once that is established in the younger years, it pays major dividends once they mature. Too many of the people that post on here are fixated on scores/championships/records, while the college/hs coaches are focused on tactical awareness and mental toughness, which is what SW is all about. Name one other organization at the 2018/2019 level that has the percentage of rosters already committed to D1 schools, and solid ones at that. That will definitely be true for 2020/2021's once their Junior year rolls around.
