Madlax has been doing this for a few years at least. HoCo teams are locally based kids, once summer hits you start to get the "out of towers" coming in, sometimes they play as Madlax Capital and sometimes as Nationals when they get the full complement of "out of towners" in. Trying to equate spring league teams to summer league teams just does not work. This is not a bash Madly comment as more and more teams are doing this, as this age group gets older you will see it more and more and come summer you just never know what you are going to get, it is one of the reasons rankings are a bit silly and a little bit all over the place. |
