Everyone should play everyone. So agree on 8 team divisions with the remainder in B and all in that division making playoffs.
Everyone should get a trophy and a participation ribbon
How is that like a participation trophy? It's just a league where all teams have the same strength of schedule. The best teams get to play for championship. Opposite of participation trophy
