Team 91 2017 try outs day one was today. Unbelievable level of talent showed up and man did these kids go at it!! Dare I say level of intensity was on par with Maverick showcase (seems like half of them were there anyway)

Non stop action on three fields culminating in a sick scrimmage with real refs.

Had to be no less than 25 evaluators

Next week will be crazy. (When did the 2017's get so damned big , anyway?)

Yes I was very impressed with 91 today.

Where, OH WHERE are ALL these great Long Island players in 2017 coming from that 91 needed 3 fields because there was SO MUCH amazing talent was there? God must have sent them from the lacrosse heavens, and they have all GRAVITATED to Coach Mule'!! Funny stuff.

I saw one of the better 91 players trying out at the Predators.

Coming from a daddy whose kid must not have made it on 91 and had to settle for MC and his version of Jones Town beverages.

Where oh where did they come from?? How about nine different states represented.

9 States!? LMFAO. is 91 now partnered with UBER Chopper to get kids to practice 8 states away

It's easy to get on those lists. Have a sleep over or two for Ty at you fancy house on Long Island with Joe Desimone and somehow your entire team will be ranked

I think the question was asked are all the Turtles MENTIONED in the top 25 and/or watch list. Someone reported back that all the Turtles MENTIONED in a previous post were in the top 25...I ran this past O to confirm but he was golfing.

Anybody know?

The list can be found on IL's most recent issue in the article listing their "Top 25 Young Gun Sophomores." By my count 5 of the 25 were Turtles (past or present). Additionally, 3 Turtles made the additional "watch list." Pretty impressive.

I think we are talking about the Inside Lacrosse rankings that were released yesterday. Many turtle boys not on that list (top 25 are ranked)

Check out the 3D rising sophomore rankings. They give birth dates. Very interesting. Remember that on LI the cutoff is early December so kids shouldn't be 16 until then. Some of the kids listed are already 16

By my count 4 are Smithtown products - Desimone, Cucurrullo, and Caddigan (smithtown west). Tangredi played in Smithtown up until 8th grade and now is Chaminade. Pretty impressive.

I thought there would be more Turtles than that. Many underrated players on that team, saw them at Crabfest this past Summer. Much fun to watch.

Not a shocker for those of us in Fla a couple of years ago at a 3D/Jake Reed event. Munro told all of us in a seminar to leave our kids back.

Isn't that swell of him to spend $50k of somebody else's money for a holdback year.

Wow, that is just terrible! Lost all respect for 3D. I guess he had no faith in his son and decided to manipulate the system. Whatever it takes! Sad!

Yeah he doesn't hide that fact, I didn't get a chance to look at DOB of those on that 3D list, but there was talk a while ago that Munro son is TWO years older (now 17 years old).

As far as DOB's, people LIE all the time just like they prob did on this 3D Top 30 LIst because you do not need to show a actual DOB. For those who don't know, the only time you need to show a DOB is or a US Lacrosse National event (ala u11, u13, u15 etc.).

The 3d Top 30 is funny, GO BLUE! They are everywhere on Coach Ryan D's Top 30. Our son isn't committed to Michigan and SOMEHOW he made the top 30 for 3D list! lol
