Severn, YES. STM, Maybe. Severn needs to make a change at key positions.
Severn has been struggling in goal. The goalie just seems off a bit. Not making the easy saves.
Severn give the second year goalie a shot. With McD coming up please give the senior a day off to refocus. The poor guy needs to get his mind together. Who knows he may come back stronger! How many 3 saves performance do you need to see.

Four. Four 3 saves performance.

Well when you have 50 kids on the roster and only play 16 they’re bound to give up goals late in the game; the entire team is gassed. A lot of unhappy Dons riding the pine this year; there will be a mass exudos this summer.

BREAKING: Ex Archbishop Spalding goaltender who recently took his talents to Severna Park High School mid season kicked off his new lacrosse team. The removal was due to a bullying incident with a special needs student.

If true, those special needs kids can’t catch a break at SPHS.

And because it’s on back of the cage, it’s true. Gimme a break. The kid is rough around the edges but don’t see him stooping to this level.

If true, you’d hope the other kids on the team would handle this as I’d hope they would. And the goalie would wake up looking through his ear hole.

Here’s some Loyola Math:
22+9+10 = Zero
Worst 1st midfield in the MIAA

Why would he leave Spalding to go to a public school? I would rather be the manager at Spaulding than play at a public school!! No priests at public school though….i get it!!

Not if they’re not seeing the field. Can transfer from varsity if no PT.

The Dons only loss this season is to the 3rd qtr. every loss they have been tied or down one at half time. Seems like something needs to change.

Say more about this. Are we talking about Ryleighs owner or (grand)daddy of a kid who isn't even playing? Loyola is a mess anyway but curious about this comment.

How embarrassing is this? A petition to reinstate a young man with a history behaviors issues!! Who are we to believe here? Another case of parents making excuses instead of holding their kids accountable for the actions. #wastedtalent

This petition screams entitled brat, how many strikes does this kid get for his behavior and actions over the years? 1st, 2nd or even 3rd offense on bad decisions can be taught a lesson or you hope the boy learns from his mistakes. SP is not giving him the free passes he’s had up until now. Can’t his parents handle this on their own or is this their petition? Still time to transfer to Old Mill or Chesapeake

Wrong. Read the rulebook.

"An MIAA varsity athlete is defined as a student who has competed in any way in a varsity interscholastic conference competition. Participation in any non-conference scrimmages or games at the varsity level, throughout the season, does not have an impact upon the transferring student’s status."

Unless you are Severna Park admin, or from the boys family I doubt you know the whole story. Go back to worrying about how deep your son is on his HS roster depth chart.

Ahhh reading is still taught in schools right?
From the rulebook

"A transfer student who migrates from one member school to another and was a varsity athlete at his/her previous school is ineligible to participate
in that sport at the new school for one calendar year beginning with the first date of enrollment at the new school. If that student was an
undersquad athlete (freshman or junior varsity) at his previous school, he/she may transfer without penalty, if no other stated policies apply.
The only exception to this policy is if a student’s present school eliminates the athletic program in which he/she is participating."

Either way, I don't imagine any varsity player going the entire conference schedule without getting on the field. Unless every game is close.
