Can't we all just get along and let the boy's plays! We've all seen the competition get better and better and should appreciate that. We all need a reality check a remember that any one of these teams can be beaten on any given day! The game has been tainted at the highest level with all the re-classing & holdback nonsense. Let the boys play the games they love, get a great education and become models of their communities.

There is the one kid who has played for 91 for a few years in the summer (flies up and stays here). He used to be a 2025 but now is a holdback on 91 Storm in the summer.

TIGERS will annihilate the CRABS all summer and fall !

What tournament did your son play in this weekend? My guess is NOT NAL since it was loaded with talent.

There is no clear top team. There's a clear group at the top that has proven that they can (mostly) all beat one another and have done so in the last year. That will likely continue all summer. Enjoy watching your kid play.

Let’s bet clear. You can’t put BBL or NXT or Kings or WCS in the same category as those first 9 teams. You also forgot DC Express and tommynockers. The new Top 10ish is:

I believe this is a very good list. where the teams rank i not nearly as important as these teams are the cream of the crop, and it is hard to add anyone to this.

Agree. Too early in summer. The cream will rise in mid July.

Which private school (MIAA, IAC or WCAC) just loaded up with the best incoming class of FRESHMEN?

Great question, but impossible to give a meaningful answer. The better the school (i.e., SJC) the longer it will be before any 2026 make an impact. Come back and ask in at least a year, preferably two.

This appears to be a post from a NLF soldier. NAL did not appear to be watered down. Naptown does not appear watered down either with the Hawks, Sweetlax, Texas Mohicans, Canadas top 2 teams and all the major clubs national teams that pull from across the country. It is one of the most recruited lacrosse tournaments with major sponsors and the championship games televised on TLN. And a ton of clubs trying to get in.

The NLF kickoff had 4 total teams in 23 division, 5 teams in the 25 bracket, and 8 teams in the 26 bracket. NLF is not the same that it was. Last years controversy with 25 Express North reclassing right after the season to play in the 26 bracket is one of many reasons this event has lost its credibility.

Club lacrosse has become too competitive and too national. Real rankings are now math based instead of subjective. The NLF is not an open market where the best can compete, it is a closed market run by the founding fathers trying to hold onto their power of club lacrosse. This is the beginning of the end for the NLF. After this is posted, you will hear from many of the powers that be become incredibly defensive and explain that no one else will be recruited.

The reality is that College coaches want to find talent - not just from the same 6 teams - but from any talented team especially those that can compete with against the best teams in the country. Everything changes over time. It is just a fact. Talent is incredibly easy to find now. A 4.6 is recruited over a 4.9 no matter what jersey is worn.

Thank you Mr Hogan but the competition at NAL was far superior than what you were able to pull for Naptown. Edge 2026? Evolve....Really? This field is set-up for the 26 hawks team to finally win something.

They will be in the running I'm sure, but who knows what the rosters of some of these National teams will look like. And Canada? You think the Crabs are old......

Stealth beat LIE & Sweetlax in December. Also beat the Hawks to win Naptown last year. Stealth Naptown favorite again.

The Stealth conversation is an interesting one. I think 4 or 5 of them are playing for 91 Storm this summer. Are they playing for both teams, or only playing for Storm for June and July? And if Stealth is so good, why are they playing for a different team? Honest question.

If all of the Stealth kids who left to play for 91 LI or Crabs stayed with Stealth they could beat Crabs because those kids are that good.

So the Stealth team from Naptown last summer and this winter is not the same as the Stealth team now?

Not that it matters, wsyl was last year so the stealth team at naptown had u13 and u14 and the 25s played as 26s in Naptown and u14 for wsyl. This year they are 26 crabs.

Has anyone done the National Prospect ID camp before?
Any thoughts?
