Undergraduate students are college students.

Graduate students are college students.

If a player still has eligibility, what is the difference?

I thought there was a NCAA rule of only playing 4 years , It can be under or grad as long as it does not exceed 4 years. Age has no part of it, even tho it might be hard to compete as a 55 year old Freshman
