Guess you missed the taunting going on by the Hawks players before the game even started and continued all game long. But thanks for the update Hawks dad- might want to get a reality check as your players are continuing to taunt on social media so how bout teaching them some sportsmanship on and off the field? Surprised it took 91 almost the whole game to react to your players nonsense and as an FYI....goalie was not ejected. He got a one minute for saying the kids shot was weak so if you are going to update at least do so accurately.

Stayed to watch the cship and would say that the hawks players appeared to be messing with the 91 players when the ball was no where near them and heard some of the defenders talking smack to the 91 players. Goes both ways and the refs call on the goalie was a bit over zealous. Good game by these two teams-they never disappoint. Hawks continue to rely heavily on their very large and tall attack man. Not sure how they would fare without him. Good team if they clean up their tactics and 91 needs to learn not how to react to their tactics.

Penalties didn't matter anyway - game was over before halftime.

91 lax bro coach made a complete fool of himself. It's an 8th grade lacrosse game, at the beach, next to a smelly chicken farm. Chill out - it isn't the NCAA championship.

If you really know the two teams you would know it was far from over. Granted 15 minute halves don't leave teams much time to determine much but a two goal lead is not "over" and 91 had just cleared the ball with several minutes left when the penalty was called and possession turned over. 91 beat Hawks in March and Hawks beat 91 by 1 in OT in April. The teams are evenly matched and as poster above noted, take away the huge attackman and the games would be much different as he controls the game for Hawks. You must be the same dad trying to stir up trouble and not acknowledge your son's team behavior before and during the game. Show a bit of grace in your win and move on.

Most of the games between these two are close. This game - not so much. 91 got a free clear when they were down by 4. Really? Free clears in 8th grade? The Hawks big middie is not even their starter - the starter is out with a broken hand.

Wait. 91 took the freebie? I know they had that rule in beach lax but most coaches opt not to take the free face-off win. My younger was in a blow-out in u11 rec and the other team kept facing. in 2020 AA you should keep facing off

Funny thing is that the 91 single a team beat the team that tested the hawks. That team was not THAT good and Hawks struggled. 8th grade lacrosse at beach-teams will vary in how they play based on how much time they swam and played in the beach the day before. Not really indicative of real play.

Not talking about the middie. The attackman is the difference maker. Middies are shut down every game between these two. 91 also had several key players out with injuries - way life goes in the game. Dont hear them out here making excuses. The teams havr been evenly matched - stop making wavea. Sure Hogan and your head coach would not appreciate it. You won a 30 minute game- congrats.

On any given day - any of the teams in HOCO elite could be beat each other... 91 is a good team but their coach embarrassed himself...

Madlax ended the day dominating an excellent Prime Time team. Look for an improved performance at Big 4.

No embarrassment in the HOCO league for 91 but thanks for trying - 91 lost to 3 of the teams in double or triple OT and to FCA by 1 in a close game. Were tied with Looneys through the last 3-4 minutes of the game. Crabs was only team that beat them decisively. Reminder that 91 also beat Hawks 3 weeks prior to the OT loss with no OT needed and Rising Sons in PA league who they went to OT with in Hoco league a week before. If you know anything about the 2020 teams in this region, you would know on any given day, any of them could beat the other but you clearly have an axe to grind with this team and take to an anonynmous board. Your son was probably one of the Hawks kids who could not get the 91 boys to take the bait with his trash talk all gameand then took to social media last night. Apples do not fall far from the tree but thanks for your opinion. Be sure to let Mr Hogan and your Coach know you are out here stirring up trouble - have heard they have no tolerance for that with adults or the kids.

This Madlax person is just effing with everyone, they're just trying to stimulate conversation. Nobody would ever say these things about Madlax because they're really not an elite team by any measure. Some good players but can't hang with the elite teams. I would encourage you to ignore the Madlax poster, he's actually pretty funny though.

Sorry my friend, my son plays on Prime Time, and excellent is not a word I would use to describe us at the moment. Maybe we'll show a little better. But this weekend we were borderline pathetic.
