There were lots of freshman on varsity rosters around the league last year. This class isn’t better than any previous class. Making the team isn’t the same as contributing.
Comparing to last year's class isn't fair to these girls. Almost every club director will tell you that the 26 class in MD/DC is probably the best in the past 6 or 7 years.
Still tons of strong girls in this class who will make an impact by the time they are upperclassmen.
