Age based leagues will not last long. Unless they want to be mediocre. The upper elite teams are made up of many private school players who are not about to play at their proper age. Most have earned the right to play down by doing a prefirst or reclassing.

disagree. Rosters for 2029 and below teams have already changed due to the new rules. HOCO is using this rule too. Private schools will have a lot more reclass at the 9th grade level but pre first kids are screwed.
