Players know who they can compete with. Parents get a bit carried away with ratings etc. An attackmen or middie that breezes through everyone should try to move up to better team. Same goes for a defensive player that shuts down offense and gets all ground balls. Let them make their own choices to tryout and play. They will be realistic and happier for it.
