when you meet w or talk to a coach be upfront about your academics. My daughter had the 504 and her college did much more for her in her four years there then her high school or elementary school ever did. And yes she was on an athletic scholarship and I will say it wasn't minimal. Don't give up on a dream bc you feel your child academically can't get in. We had an orthopedic tell us years ago that reach schools should not be overlooked and sometimes we need to use our skills to get in and our academics will be secondary. My daughter is heading off to med school next year and would have never gotten into the college she went to initially had it not been for lacrosse.
