I'm pretty sure every club team tries to have a AA team and a few other teams that boys should be able to move up to fluidly as they get better. Which by the way it is communicated clearly to all involved. People should be thrilled for boys that earn the right to make a better team. It will happen more and more as they get older, embrace their success. |
