my point was that in fourth grade the child is not the one jumping ship. If the child was asked I believe they would much rather play with their friends and classmates at this age. I too am serious about the game, because my children are. The older daughter plays for her town team and a competetive club while the fifth grader still plays town. I just hope those serious parents ask their kids what they would like to do. |
