The 10th Annual Louis J. Acompora Lacrosse Jamboree has taken on a new format - changing from pre-season scrimmages to featuring marquee lacrosse games all day long. Five of the eight boys teams are previous New York State Champions. All eight boys teams are ranked in the Top 10 of their respective county conferences. An added bonus to the jamboree is a girls lacrosse scrimmage featuring highly-ranked Northport hosting Huntington.
The venue of the event has also relocated to the beautiful turf fields of Veteran's Park, a state-of-the-art athletic facility managed by the Town of Huntington.
While showcasing premier lacrosse teams the entire day, the jamboree is dedicated to spreading the awareness of commotio cordis and prevention through public access defibrillation programs.

10:00 am - Eastport South Manor vs. Walt Whitman
12:00 noon - Corning vs. Northport
2:00pm - Mahopac vs. East Islip
4:00 pm - Rocky Point vs. Shoreham-Wading River
