Agreed, very talented team. Forget about them for a second and think of youth teams in general. Too often now,parents hold kids back (for one reason or another) and so their kids are the oldest in a particular grade. Definitely and advantage through PAL and U13, but most everyone catches up in the high school years and the extra year older is not as significant.
