Carmel is overrated. They are an ok team and that is it. Above average Section 1 team. Everyone who rates them does so solely on the "everyone is coming back theory". Kids don't turn into Paul Rabil just because 12 months have passed. They will have a nice successful season, and because class A lacks depth, and North Rockland is down, they may be the third best team in A. But not on the same level as the top shelf teams. Greeley is probably at that level now, albeit at the bottom of it - unless proven otherwise. |
