I love how coaches and club owners put the blame on parents when they move their kids to other teams. When parents pay a lot of money for player development instead the clubs focus on a few players just for wins to promote their club. Maybe if coaches and club owners can put their egos in check and realize maybe it’s on them and would have more play retention, build a strong team with depth |
