Nice enough guy but his presence (and public school background) are a further indication that MM is headed for the exit as an owner, probably soon after the 2025s play their last game together in July 2024.

The real deal is that MM has spent an impressive/insane amount of his personal time and wealth building up the 2022-2025 teams, coaching them as single, full units (yes, to support his sons in 2023 and 2025 mostly, but still, he worked hard to develop those units). Many good club teams lack for "adult attention" within the official leadership and MM has excelled in that arena. All that said, I can't imagine why he would continue operating at that level. And having public MS/HS coaches as head coaches for 91 is a VERY different look from 91's past teams.
