Clearing the air on the situation. Express did not take a hit. They lost one decent player at best and a faceoff kid that had fallen off because of his size. Also going to Lawrenceville which makes 2way easier. Express has done nothing but improved, not lost. Lost bench players at most and gained a way better defense and some offensive firepower from legacy
Interesting take on express, Four starters left and they added “firepower” from legacy. Legacy starting attack and midfield all stayed so please explain this “firepower”
