Easy there big girl. You obviously have no idea about lacrosse as the 4th and 5th poles are usually the LSM's...the most athletic players on field.
There is a book by Bob Scott, Lacrosse Technique and Tradition,,, seek it out. Learn a few things

LSM are LSM. While they are often in on man down, they are not the 4th or 5th D player on the depth chart. They are LSM.
