Looks like M&D will be just fine... Mid-Atlantic CHAMPS. And improved greatly with the talent they brought in over who they were going to cut or move to Red.
lol - keep telling yourself that. They did not improve greatly or at all...they lost starters to Heros, SW & Copp and some of the girls they scrambled to add to the roster are fringe B players.
