Find the club that your kid enjoys the culture. That includes players and coaches. Has your son improved and been on the field ? Every club is a business and there is no perfect club team. Do what is best for your family. Some clubs are too expensive, some have 30 man rosters, some play too much or not often enough. Find a coach and a group that fits your needs and stay with it. Playing time is important and your kid just needs to be in the mix and getting a decent amount of run. Club hopping does not work out for most. Some may have to leave to find a better fit but more often than not there are issues again and again. Relationships matter more than anything bc at the end of the day its just a game and the kids should be playing with and for people they enjoy being around. Not a wrinkled T Shirt or an Instagram post will mean more than quality time spent and relationships built. Utilize club lacrosse as a toll to help your son grow on and off the field. At this age the teams that have been consistent and stuck together are the ones who are better off. Certain clubs stick together and get better together (Rush). They may not win every time but the core stays together and they compete grow and seem to enjoy eachother along the way.
