Don’t look in AA County! doesn’t matter the level or how long the program has been around they ALL play daddy ball. If even one of these clubs wisened up and brought in a real coach who truly had the teams best interest and not their own kids best interest at heart, their team would dominate!
I’ve seen so many games lost over the years because dad coaches can’t see past their own kids and end up screwing everyone. They’d rather lose with their kids getting the majority of playing time than win with their kids on the bench where some of them belong. It’s in every sport I’m every town USA. But nothing will change until Club owners/directors do something about it, |
