Both the Public and Private in MD is some of the best high school lacrosse in the country.

Scheduling games public vs. private is challenging because of start dates of seasons are different, # of practices required to have a game, when league play begins is different, NFHS Rules vs. NCAA Rules, # of game limitations...

Enjoy that your daughter gets to play some of the best HS lacrosse in the country.

These are all excellent points. Because the MPSSAA has a set first allowable play day, usually when the IAAM has already sdtarted league play, the only way around to match up is to make it a scrimmage. Some treat the scrimmages like games, many treat them like scrimmages and try different things out.
