I would love to see some CC teams on IAAM schedules next year. Hopefully, a couple of teams will be moved down to B conference and the A teams will be able to schedule more out of conference games. They are limited to 18 non playoff games and, with 15 teams, that means just 4 out of conference games. So it's hard to fit in all the games they would like.

Biggest issue is what rules to play by. Heard publics don’t want to play the shot clock and crease rules. Some public coaches are afraid of losses too as it affects home playoff seeding.

Not the case for all public schools, I can tell you some privates won't schedule a tough public school game. I know one school who tried to schedule mid tier A league IAAM and no one would take the game. MCD, SP, Maryvale can only schedule so many games and can't fit in everyone. All this chest pounding from IAAM parents is kind of amusing given the lack of willingness of some schools to schedule a tough public school opponent.

It’s because those privates are scared. They then turn around and schedule ABC , Visitation ,GC ,Stab or travel out of state trips to play other areas top teams. Glenelg and Centuey seems to get on teams schedule way faster than other publics. I’m guessing your coach isn’t asking the right privates.
