They have done an excellent job over the years, but now they are clearly above the PIAA teams. This was not the case 10-15 years ago. It is a fact that they offer pathways to great colleges based on their reputation (in lacrosse and other sports) that the other schools do not have. It is also a fact that they offer scholarships that other schools cannot offer. I'm not saying this is good or bad (I won't name the school) but the academics have dropped dramatically as they have increased their "national" presence in athletics.
