Serious question. What puts Deemer in the category of a great coach? His coaching resume isn't spectacular and has only been coaching for a handful of years.. He was basically told to leave USC as that team got worse with him there, then better after he left. He joined an already championship caliber HS team. Not sure if last years SPSG team was better then the year prior. He convinces already strong players to come to his camp but not sure he actually develops anyone. I guess I am missing out on why he's considered a great coach.
