And, now the MIAA is seeing the hired guns - recruiting elite players for a year (MCD).. I personally don't see Loyola or Gilman following this path so their lacrosse teams will lag behind the big 3.

This has nothing to do with the one off out of market recruit other schools get. Neither Loyola or Gilman have done well recruiting the right local scholar athletes. Both lacrosse programs have been resting on their laurels and frankly their administrations don't care.
