Ours does something every day, whether it working out, running, wall ball, shooting etc. Add in high level lacrosse sessions 1-2x a week with former D1 athletes. To continue to grow and stay at a high level, our philosophy is to work hard every day to get better.

Usually 1 training session or private lesson a week and daily work on her own (wall ball, shooting, conditioning etc). She is a multi sport athlete, so the current season's sport has her at practices and games for that, so more than 1 training session or lesson a week isn't really feasible.
