Every team is going to Gain/Loose. As the kids get older they stop playing for the club rec teams because none of them have any idea what to do after the 8th grade year. In the next 2 years you will see most of the good ballers flock to the real club teams like 91, FCA, and true. The club/Rec teams will all fold. The BlueClaws is another good Club/rec team that will, in my opinion, fold or drop in level in the next 2 years.
