ALL of these girls are incredibly talented!! I wish the coaches would develop them all as they deserve.

Many of these girls are friends and they are devastated when their friends are cut. Maybe your daughter and her friends judge one another but we have not had that experience. Most of these girls are close enough where they can talk about having a bad game and boost each other up for the next one. My daughter talks to her friends who play for other teams at tournaments at their team tents. No issues.

These girls are in high school now and there are tryouts for a reason. You can't blame the coaches for everything. There is a difference between girls that put in the extra time outside of practice and those who don't.

These girls need to learn that world isn't always fair and the real world has already started.
