PT, 2Way and Eclipse are definitely holdback clubs, since they all had to carve-out and create a specific team for their WSYL teams.
Not sure if Team 91 Tri-State did the same, but I'll guess it's the norm because every program has holdbacks.
Even the B programs have them, because some players have issues and parents re-classed them years ago. |
