This is exactly right. East Wind needed a commitment in the winter and with the rise in numbers at the time it didn't make sense to commit financially if they weren't sure it would happen. All of these kids get recognition at their own team dinners, through social media etc. If you have been to this event, there are 600-700 people. Everyone talks over all the presentations and people leave as soon as their kids receive their awards. It is def. not a very personalized night.

Who is in charge of association? And the kids love it lots!! maybe not parents and coaches. But who is it suppose to be about.
It's supposed to be about the kids,. Just take a look at the names leading the organization, if it's not about themselves or their pockets they're not interested.
