Coaching staff at Gilman is solid. It’s lack of talent. Their junior and senior classes were terrible, except for their goalie.
Gilman should to re-evaluate their entire athletic department. The Headmaster and Board are anti competitive sports.

Gilman will drop to B conference for all sports within the next 3-4 years.
It did seem odd that the former coach was there for a year and got out quick.

I played with Nodie at Washington College. He left Gilman to take what amounts to his dream job - HC at his alma mater. Don't talk about things you don't know about...

I know Gilman and Washington haven’t been relevant in over 20 years. And both schools don’t have the desire to be relevant again.

But maybe if we can go back to the 1950s-70s when only a dozen schools played lacrosse, they could be good again.
