The officials got it 100% correct based on the sounding of the horn. Problem is the horn was being done manually and was not connected to the scoreboard, so whoever was responsible for the sounding of the horn could have been late, could have been early, or could have been right on time. One thing for certain is that when the horn sounded the ball was NOT in the stick. The refs use the horn not the game clock.
