BOTC was specifically told that another club (not named here) was working on a takeover bid for the Yellow Jackets program within the 2012/2013 season. The price tag discussed was a seven figure total.
The agreement eventually fell through due to the purchaser's requirement for exclusivity in the Long Island market (a typical demand in such transactions).
