To the Rye parent commenting about the "unacceptable" hit, the attackman went for a cheapshot on the goalie and the defender had his back. Anything more than a 1 game suspension would be ridiculous. Nothing wrong with protecting your goalie.
Not a Rye parent. But if the Rye player needed EMS and was brought to the ER from the field, heck yes, a suspension is in order.
It's up to the officials if a suspension is warranted. B'cliff already took care of CH, so a 1 game suspension is a moot point already.
