While the Preds 2027 and 2029 rosters seem to be coalescing very well (and parents seem pleased), 2028s are behind - coaching turnover, no established culture, and really no established expectations. Almost zero communication except from the brand new coaches over the past several weeks.
Nuts and bolts:
2 attackmen left after the fall tournament debacle. It's the one position the team is "heavy" at, so, OK.
1 pole (already on the team) moved to primarily LSM in November (they use an LSM frequently), so 2 LSMs total.
Added 2 big new poles in November: both fine on-ball but don't....yet......have the IQ or experience to help run the defense off-ball.
Added 2 new middies, not even scrimmage tested yet, so it's hard to know how good they will be. "Guess we'll find out"[/quote]

This is the stuff parents hear in the stands and come here, and elaborate on to put down competing clubs.
