if you were not on Varsity last season and do not start on your club team, you should not be on the list. Period !
list is usually upper class kids. mostly juniors and seniors and the top top sophomores.
Very rarely see freshman on there.
I agree 100 is maybe too many
I would say top 50 we can all agree on. next 50 we can argue for 200 girls.
