Don't know what's worse - the constant moaning about Spalding or the constant and unnecessary defense of same. Would attribute this nonsense to it being a slow period for lacrosse and comments thereon, but this guff goes on year-'round. Perhaps Spalding critics and defenders should look into needlepoint to occupy their time.
Why? Are they hiring embroiderers?

This goes on year round because the coaches don’t know how to say NO to these overbearing Hawks dads. Let the coaches coach, let the boys play lacrosse without all these bored low life wanna be dads. Will it change.. nope. If your kid doesn’t play Hawks lacrosse save yourself a lot of money and look at another school.[
Are you talking about Spalding or St. Mary’s because literally the entire starting lineup is Hawks with one exception.

Guess I'm missing your point. No one club or high school has a monopoly on overbearing dads.....Plus the Hawks are by far the best club in AA County and probably now the BW market. STM or Spalding coaches who didn't recruit and play Hawks boys would be at a distinct disadvantage.
