I disagree with the if you’re good you’ll be found statement. If you’re not out into a situation where coaches will see you they won’t know who you are. That’s why you see girls flocking to teams with a grade above them that does well with recruiting and why teams like YJ are going strong for so many years. A clubs reputation gets them into better events, they have more rapport with coaches, and coaches are more likely to see them play
Actually top teams like YJ, recruit about 5-6 girls to the most coveted schools. The rest may get recruited, but there is a big drop off. If your daughter does not start and contribute significantly, she is not in that top 5.
