Wrong again, JJYL is loaded with great coaches who played in college many are teachers and know how to work with kids. You also have a few Dads coaching who played and know what they are doing. Your comment "His assessment in the problem was no one with a great level of lax knowledge/experience is helping out the JJYL program" means that he has no clue. There are varsity level coaches coaching the kids in JJYL. Problem is the kids don't want to play for Timmy so many don't even try out when they get to HS or leave in 7th or 8th grade. It's time for a change, kids need someone that can relate to them. The analogy to Syracuse is interesting.....time to bring in new blood with new coaching ideas/coaches that can connect with the kids. Timmy may be a very good defensive coach but he's checked out as a head coach. Be careful what you wish for Yorktown peeps
