No public apology from the organization is really bad
Public apology for what?
Why does the organization owe an apology for a parent of a player that did something? How is that the clubs fault? The woman should apologize … period. And, nothing should be taken out on the kid by the club! Lots of kids have parents that do dense things, Nothing to do with the club or kid!
