How about a 2 day deal with Manhasset, Garden City and 2 of the above teams? No need to crown a champion, but each team gets 2 quality non-conference games. People would travel to watch those games. And half the crowd in the stands would be D1 coaches.
Great crowds for sure - but college recruiting over the last few years has led college coaches towards watching JV games with earlier signings! The varsity kids are all committed!
