Also, not an excuse, but Pequa is missing kids that haven't been able to get in the needed # of practices due to football extending so long

Cant even be used as a reason - anyone playing in football was automatically eligible to play their spring sport. There was no minimum number of practices needed. Either way, come June, they will be battle tested and on point.
