You lose credibility when you start a sentence with “I know a guy who’s cousin”.
Maybe the guy's name really is cousin. Otherwise, the poster would have said whose.
I think that the post about the cousin who did the photoshopping was sarcastic; the poster was trying to say that this whole discussion is getting ridiculous.
Personally I am not sure what to think. Are there parents so crazy that they are capable of deranged and false accusations? Absolutely. But are there also parents and coaches capable of actually cheating? Unfortunately yes, and I don't blame folks for being infuriated if they see it happening. But if anybody was going to be DQ'd, it would have happened by now, so I do not see this going much further than BOTC.
